Fuel supply and return lines were reversed. Fabricated new lines and connected properly. Engine started with left coil, ran smoothly. Engine started with right coil, ran smoothly. Engine started with both coils, ran smoothly. RPM indication was 1850RPM at idle. Had the wrong REV/PULSE seting in skyview. Input proper REV/PULSE and idle speed was 650RPM. Did not run up engine as it started to rain. Will do complete runup on next nice day.
