I made my first major mistake today. I drilled the fuel sight guage holes on the wrong side of the tank. I decided to leave the withdrawal fittings in the tank and sealed them with a 1/8" threaded plug. Ordered new withdrawal fittings, o-rings, washers and nuts from Rans for the holes that I will drill in the correct locations.
Straightened all ribs with fluting pliers, mounted forward and aft rib attach clips, modified ribs in accordance with plans and mounted ribs to wing frame with clecos. Removed clecos one at a time and rivited all ribs except #2 and #6. Installed rib stringers with clecos.
