Brief Description: riveted right elevator skin to Frame
Riveted E-713 to E-701R first to avoid having to use any pop rivets.
Placed counterbalance into E-714
Clecoed E-701R skin to the frame
Riveted skin to frame.. Was able to get all of them without having to use any pop rivets. Has to get a bit imaginative on the one by the aft tip. Used the tight quarters dimpler to do an intial offset back rivet to get the rivet set and shortened, then was able to get it with the squeezer. May need to get another tight spot squeezer yoke and grind it way down.
Installed washers and bolts onto bolts holding counterbalance weight and torqed to 25 inch pounds.
