Brief Description: finished CS4-4 dimples. Primed

Yay!, Got the Cleaveland tools CS4-4 dimple die set from the friendly UPS guy today , so I could finish up the rudder frame prep. Dimpled the R-801PP, R-710, and R-713 #30 holes that needed the 120 degree dimple for the CS4-4 blind rivets. Prepped and primed R-710 and R-704. Tomorrow when it dries, I'll do final assembly and hopefully get the skin on.
