Clecod frame together and match drilled all #30 holes in spar. Fit R-703 rib to spar and atttched R-713 counterbalance skin.and match drilled. Match drilled R-710 R-405D and R-740 to spar. Clecod on skin and match drilled to frame. Attached R-717 rudder bottom attach strips to assembly and match drilled.
