Brief Description: drilled and dimpled HS tips . worked on HS tips

Measured HS tips for rivets. 1.5 inch spacing . Drilled with #30 bit. Dimpled for CS4_4 rivets. Worked on inclosing HS tips with balsa inserts. Epoxied in and added 1/2 inch aluminum strip reinforcement for rivets.
