Brief Description:  More horizonal stab

Today was one of those days that I probably would have been better off staying out of the shop but I really wanted to work on my Bearhawk. I was a little distracted which tended to lead to making a few mistakes. So I ended up making a few more ribs than I intended to. I did figure out another way to bend the angle so that was helpful. I made a new oak form and instead of router cutting a 45 degree angle for the bend I just cut the form flat at the bend. That gave me better control and the ability to make a good bend and not clamp the rib so tight around the form so it was easier to remove the rib. This method worked particularly well on the tip rib with the 5/8" flange.

I did get all the ribs fit and the T5 diagonal fit (twice!) I also cut the bushing for the trim control.
