Brief Description:  Started horizontal stabilizer

I started the horizontal stab today. First thing was to get the table set up and draw the outline on the table. I spent a bunch of time fussing around with the leading edge tube. My preference is to use T14 tube for the entire piece instead of the combined T14 and T13 as shown on the plans. My reasoning if for all the points made for doing so. Extra weight for weight and balance with the heavier engine, heavier tubing for potential rock chips on leading edge and the elimination of the time to butt weld the stub. I didn't order my tubing with this in mind so I had to inventory my material. Turns out I have just enough for all the remaining T14 parts I need and the leading edge of the horizontal stab - No redoes! I can't make any mistakes!

I spent probably too much time trying to get the bend just right but I got 2 pieces bent and cut to length. Then I cut two aft tubes. I blocked the first tubes to the layout for one side.
