"I layed out the fuselage bottom on the table. I bent the longerons using the same method as the top. All the bends are cold bends. With the longerons bent I removed the blocks to check fit without support. A little tweaking and both sides fit unassisted.
Starting at the back and working forward I fit the cross tubing. I got as far as station ""C"". I used the smooshing tool on the ends of the 1 inch tubing. By the third 1 inch tube I had a pretty good system down for fitting. Each one took less time to fit. I rough cut the tube the measurement from out side to out side of the longerons. Then I smooshed the ends, then laying the tube on top of the longerons I marked the cut angle across the top and using a straight edge I marked the location of the inside fishmouth cut straight up from the inside of the longerons."
