Brief Description:  Connecting fuel system

"I've been waiting until the end to drill the hole for the fuel drain plugs in the panels. It seems like every time I put these tanks in their position is different. To locate the hole center I used a plastic plug and drilled a hole in the center and put a rivet in the hole. Then I put the cover in place to mark the location then used a uni bit to drill the hole.

Right aux tank is now secured and lines connected. I ran into the same issue with the left aux tank but it required a little more work. I had to trim the outboard side right to the rib flange and notch the inboard side for the outlet flange. Left aux tank is secure and lines connected. I'm using EZ Turn Fuel Lube on all the fittings

I started fitting the left main tank and realized I was short some fittings so I had to place an order. I was removing one of the big plastic plugs and the square end broke off leaving the thread stuck in the fitting. It took me a while trying to get that out without messing up the thread. After some head scratching I used the soldering iron to ""cut"" through the plastic and divide it into 4 parts. That made it easy to pull each piece individually."
