Brief Description: More deburring and dimpling skins
We had planned to go to the Barrows Picnic today but something came up at the last minute that prevented it. Jared Yates put together a good report on the picnic here: http://jaredyates.com/pages/rbpicnic09/rbpicnic09.shtml
I've actually done a little deburring and dimple over the last couple weeks but never spend enough time to justify logging it. I spent a good part of today working on it. I find it hard to stick with it because it's soooo monotonous. I'm trying to push myself now and I should have the skins done in a few more hours shop time - then it's on the ribs! Yea haw...
One thing I figure out using the burr-away tool is you have to replace the blade on the 3/32" deburring bit fairly often to be effective. They're kind of expensive but it beats the alternative for time. The 1/8" bit doesn't need to be replaced as often.
