Brief Description:  Finished outboard aileron hinges

I figured these would be easier but I struggled a while with the first one. I tack welded the center leg on first. I did that by just stacking the two pieces end to end. Then I put it in the jig and tacked the leg to the foot. The lower arm was what I struggled with. I thought I had a good fit when I started to tack weld it but something must have moved because the fit wasn't so good after tack welding. After moving it around some I was taking the hinge out of the jig and the lower bolt was tight. I ended up pulling hard enough that I tweaked the hinge. I cut the lower arm off and started over. A little more grinding and everything came together fine. I started using a #2 tip for the tack weld and that helped a lot - I wish I would have figured that out sooner.

I finished the first then made the second. I cleaned up the holes and made sure the bearing was a good fit. The second one went together uneventfully.
