I formed the "U" shaped channels for the flap hinges. I use the same process as the flap and aileron support frames but this time I made an initial bend using the 36" HF metal brake. I didn't have this when I did the flap ends. It helped a lot to get the bend started then finish by bending it over the forming bar (with some .032 material added for 13/16" channel).
I drilled the hole in the top of the bracket then used to jig to locate the bottom hole so it matched the jig. Then I cut the opening in the .80 channels.
I'm going to dirll a 3/4" hole for the tube but I'll need to locate the hole center.
