Brief Description:  Aileron attach angles and rips

I drilled and clecoed the attach angles to the aileron spars. I'm going to work both ailerons at the same time rather than one at a time. I figure that might actually speed it up since I won't need to think twice.

I do notice that taking the 2 months off kind of set my rhythm off some. I'm making some basic mistakes. Nothing to screw anything up big time but I've had to remake some attach angles to fix my errors.

I located and drilled the nose ribs into place. I made and attached the hinge doubler plates.

As I assembled the left and right ailerons I marked each part. When I got to the point of locating and drilling the rear ribs I realized I had been labeling the ailerons backwards. What I labeled as the right is actually the left and what I labeled the left is actually the right. Now I was really starting to feel like I lost some edge!

I decided to leave the parts labeled as they are and continue. To change the labels now would only take more time. I will still end up with one left and one right. I just have to remember and not get confused later!

I attached the rear ribs to one of the ailerons but I'm not even sure which one it was now, nor do I want to think too much about it....

(D'oh ... Later I remembered that Pete Young labeled one of his flap parts backward too. Must be contagious!)
