Brief Description: Prime center ribs, prep stiffener angles

Spayed primer on the center ribs. Drilled holes on attach side of the center rib stiffener angels. Cleaned and preped for primer. Andrea help me with the deburring and cleaning of the angles. Shelly came out and helped deburr for a while too.
