Brief Description:  Finish drilling holes in ailerons

I finished fastening the gussets on the bottom on the other aileron and enlarged the holes of the nose skin to #30. One the first aileron I noticed the trailing edge did not line up as straight as I would like. After messing around a little I found 2 of the middle back ribs off a little. I think what happened is I had some weight on these while I was drilling to stabilize the aileron and it must have been enough to move them off center. I was able to make an adjustment then enlarge the holes on the ribs to #30. That solved the problem. On the next aileron I supported the bottom better so everything laid flat.

I rough cut the hinge locations then took one of the ailerons completely apart after making sure I had everything marked. I cut the final hinge opening. One of the nose ribs holes I drilled is close to the inside edge. I'm going to have to do something about that - probably just drill a new hole or realign the rib.
