Brief Description:  Aileron nose skin

I marked and predrilled the holes in the bottom of the nose skin. Then I drilled and clecoed one row to the bottom of the nose ribs. I flipped the aileron over and rechecked the nose ribs for square to spar. I did have to adjust one of them a little. I then inserted the balance tube to check for alignment and it seemed like one rib was a little off so I adjusted it until the tube went in smoothly. Then I drilled the remaining holes on the bottom. Next I flipped it over and drilled and clecoed the top skin.

I drilled all holes with a # 40 bit. That allowed the opportunity to make an adjustment for a #30 hole.

I didn't drill the skin to spar yet. I assembled the other aileron to the same point. I started cutting out the gussets.
