I finished drilling and clecoing the rear ribs to both ailerons. Both are ready for nose skin now. I measured the nose rib and it requires a piece 14 1/2 inches. Luckily I hadn't precut these parts because the material sheet list them the wrong size (13 inches).
I cut the nose skin pieces out of .020 sheet then used the router to clean cut the edges. Then I deburred the edges.
