I worked on the brake mounting parts on the change notice. The main change is the a 1-11/16 inch long 1-5/8 X .58 tube that slips over the axel. The circular mounting plate is attached to tube now instead of the axle.
The Groves wheel brakes mounting plate has six 3/8" holes for attaching. I'm using four of the six in my application as is standard on the Cleveland’s. I've noticed that some of those using the Cleveland’s had to drill a new attach hole because of interference with the landing gear legs. With the Groves the holes are already there. Also the Groves came with 2 bushings to use a 5/16" bolt. That helped for a better fit on the top of the plate in my application.
