"I made all the crosspieces for the top. I'm starting to get a good feel for the fish mouth cuts. Each one I'm getting a little quicker. Station ""O"" was a bit of work. That tube is 1-3/8"". The longerons are 3/4"" so it a little bit of work to make it fit. I fallowed Paul's lead on this. Paul cold ""smooshed"" the ends then finished off with a ball peen hammer. The method worked well, it just takes a little time. Keeping the second end aligned with the first was tricky. I ended up with a nice fit at both ends.
