Brief Description: Fuel tank bay covers and nutplates
Wow there's a lot of holes to drill, deburr and countersink for these nutplates! I thought I'd be done by now. Considering there are 200 nutplates for all the tank bay covers, each nutplate has 3 holes, the screw hole is drilled 3 times (#40, #30, #27), 2 to 3 layers of skins AND the cover - let's see that's (200 x 3) + (200 x 3) + (200 x 2) + (200/4) + 200... no wonder I'm still deburring and dimpling...
Left wing holes, countersink, deburr and dimples for fuel bay nutplates are done... right wing is getting there...
