Attached trim cover to bottom of elevator. Torqued counterweight bolts. Began rolling leading edges of the left elevator with the help of my lovely but clueless assistant, Jeanne. I used a 1" diameter broom handle and aligator tape. These hi-tech tools produce very good results. I quickly discovered rolling one section at a time is much easier. I inadvertently installed the bottom skin over the top only to discover my error. It only took a fiew minutes to drill out the pop rivets and correctly complete the installation. Installing the top skin over the bottom will shed water properly.
