Dimpled right elevator skin and counterweight rib. Attached the counterweight rib with 2 rivets on the top and bottom sides that would otherwise have to be blind rivets if these were installed after the understructure. Even with the counterweight ribs installed with these 2 rivets, the understructure can still be articulated into place. The counterweight itself must also be loosely installed prior to working the understructure into position.
