Fabricated one stiffener from scratch after having earlier cut the original too short. It turned out quite well. Dimpled and primed reamining stiffeners for left elevator. While dimpling the left skin it shifted slightly as I struck the C frame tool, punching an unwanted hole. The folks at Van's indicated this happens often and no need to worry. If necessary, I'll hide it when painting. At least it's on the underneath side. The top stiffener is the one fabricated from scratch.
