Used hand seemer to form an approximately 15 degree bend in the top, leading edge rudder skin, prior to forming a radius in the both sides of the skin. This should ensure that when the skins are rolled and riveted, the edge of the top skin lays well against the bottom skin, forming a nice, crisp edge.
