Drilled left and right elevator horns after fabricating and installing a drill bushing into the center bearing. The hole in the left elevator horn is very close to the tube but this appears to be expected, as Van's omitted the weld in this area. The bolt doesn't quite seat as well as I would like due to some slight imperfections in the area of the tube / horn weld. Van's support gives the Okay to use a washer that has been slightly relieved in this area.
