Worked on rolling the leading edges of the elevator. Used a 1" dia aluminum pipe and Gorilla tape to do the forming. I devised a clamp that would hold down the pipe so I could use a couple of screw drivers as handles - put one on each end of the pipe.
This worked very well and I could easly bend and align the leading edges for riveting. I could not find any of the frustration evident on VAF using this process. Easy, though it did take a bit of time to set up and patiently bend to the right amount.
Definitely gotta use Gorilla Grip duct tape ... that stuff really holds!
