Closed out the right rudder today. Cleaned and primed all parts of the skeleton, and assembled and riveted the frame and skin. The whole process was pretty standard. I added the recommended RTV on the skinny ends of the stiffeners to minimize vibration induced cracking sometime reported.
The bending of the skin with the brake seemed to disort the skin overall a bit; the holes didn't perfectly line up like they did wiht the HS or VS. Diligent clecoing of hte skin from the root outward brought everything into alignment prior to riveting. Pneumatic and hand squeezer only needed.
