With the aileron alignment board, do an inital setup of the aileron pushrods using the bellcrank alignment tool.
After, a very slow process of adjusting the long and short pushods to bring the ailerons in line with the flap TE. Fortunately I didn't need to put a nut on anything till the very end. Torqued nuts and jam nuts.
Completed the plumbing lines from the tanks to the fuse.
