Fabricated aileron stops from 5/8" dia x 1/2" nylon spacer. Drilled center hole to take the existing spacer from the inboard hinge connection on the ailerons, pressed it in and reinstalled. Works perfectly
Added retaining clips to the hinge pins for the wingtips.
Finished up drilling and installing the aft fairing.
