Pulled the elevator down from storage and set it up on the fuselae and aligned on the afte deck. Measured the same distance from the front of the fireall to the wingtip cutout for the elevator conunterbalance on the HS. Clamped in place and carefully drilled the horns.
My horn weldments are significnatly asymmetric; the let drons down more than the right. Edge distance is OK though.
