Brief Description:  Wing incidence setting and rear spar drilling

With the help of some straps, level, pumbobs, and incidence tool, I was able to get the aft spars drilled today.

1) Sweep was within 1/8" measured by 4 plubobs off the front of the wing.

2) Tail to wing tip distance was 15' 5 11/16 (+/- 1/8) form a centerline hole in the aft deck to the wing tips.

3) Incidence set to 0.1 degree of each other

Edge distance on the carrythrough looked great. I did have grind down the top of the rear spar to clear a AD470 fuse rivet.

Drilled the hole using drill guides made from alumnium blocks and slowly increased the hole size and then reamed to final size for the AN5 bolt. Long day, but all worked very well.
