Did the final fit up of the elevators ... everything is good. Trimmed the HS skins so that the elevator counterbalance arms will clear. Trimmed the HS spar flange so that we will have sufficient range up and down on the elevator.
Found that the elevator horns had a bit o height challenge the left is 0.2" lower than the right Is this just a manufacturing tolerance issue or a mess up? I'll check with Van's tomorrow to be sure it's ok seems OK once I drill the bestie.
