Drilled a 1" x 1" aluminium angle to match the rudder trailing edge. Found that it was not exactly straight. Addded straightedge (4' x 4") to the angle to straighten it; worked great. Mixed up the ProSeal and applied pea-sized dots between the dimples/holes with a syringe (as well as a good amount where the stiffeners come together near the wedge) and clecod the whole thing together. A little oozed out but not much. Let the whole thing harden overnight. The samples of the ProSeal were well cured by the next evening.
