I located the rudder pedal cable attachment plates and attachment hardware. I found out that the pivot bushings that were attached to the rudder pedals were not drilled out to the proper size. I was trying to figure out a way to drill these out without having to remove the rudder pedals but it was just not possible. So I had to take the pedals off and turn them on end to get them drilled out.
