Tonight I finished the final touches on the axle assemblies and mounted them to the landing gear legs. Due to a service bulletin I am going to need to order some replacement bolts for the leg mounts and axles so these are temporary for now. Won't take long to replace them when they come in, I have heard from a few other Sonex builders on a Sonex forum I belong to and they said that the rubbing of the brake pad is normal and will wear off quickly and also share some ideas on the brake back plate mounting. She has front legs now! It's time to start working on the tail wheel now then she will be able to stand on her own.
