Brief Description: Prepped motor mount for welding
We got back from vacation last weekend and this is the first chance I have had to get back to work on the plane. It seems like there is a lot to do when you get back and to tired from having so much fun on vacation to do it all. Tonight I prepped motor mount for welding. I used my dremel tool with a pointed grinder tip to remove some of the paint to get ready for the welding that needs to be done. The welding that needs to be done is on the bottom left corner edges on both sides of the motor mount. See photo - weld will be along the left side of the landing gear tube.
