This afternoon I worked on mounting the motor mount. I had to use a grinder to remove some of the angle stock off of the two lower mounting brackets. I notice that the motor mount had cuts on the lower edge that you can see in the second image. I am not sure why they were cut but I am going to have them welded just to be safe. I cut the spacers shims and drilled all of the mounting holes. The holes will need to be tapered to 100 deg to accept the flat head bolts.
