Tonight I continued working on the left wheel axle assembly. I did lot's of assembly and disassembly. I was able to get everything set to where I liked it finally. I packed the wheel bearings and assembled the wheel assemblies. The breaks still rub about every 3/4 turn. I need to research this to see what I can do about it.
