For something that looks like it should just bolt together I can tell you it was not quite that easy. I must have taken this drum plate housing on and off twenty five times before I was satisfied with how it looked. If you just bolted it on like it showed to do, the back drum plate was not parallel with the drum. I tried every combination of washers I could think of until I figured out that the washer between the brake housing and the axle mount was going to need to be ground down at an angle to compensate for the slight angle the mounting plate was welded to the axle.
