Sylvia was back out again today to give me a hand as I had to finish drilling the holes into the main spar. I also had to up drill the all of the holes in the ribs and Sylvia was a lot of help replacing all of the cleco’s with the correct size after I drilled the holes. I found out the hard way that when drilling through the heavy aluminum spar that using a low rpm speed worked best. I had a drill bit break causing me to scratch the surface of the skin a little bit. This will take a little extra work to buff out when I start polishing. I was not happy about that. Sylvia's hands were starting to hurt and get red from putting all the cleco in and out. She looked at me and said, "Dad do you have to build two of these?" Yep!
