I had remembered reading an article, in one of the magazines I had read, about how you can modify a standard rivet gun. By grinding the head of the rivet gun at an angle and also grinding some off of the end of the rivet gun, you can get a better angle on the rivet. I tried this out on one of those $5 rivet guns I picked up at Harbor Freight. It worked great!
