The left horn was the most aft horn (by very small amount) and I filed the elevator stops to get my desired movement. 27 degrees up and 22 degrees down travel. Then I clamped the elevators neutral, and set the control stick to neutral so I could adjust the 4 bearings to match up with the neutral stick. A test movement showed I needed to make a final adjustment to achieve neutral.
