Brief Description: Drill out rear spar W407B and Doubler 9
I needed extra hands to re-rivet the new W407B and its Doubler. I wanted to use AN470-AD4 rivets for the remaining holes, in the first two bays of the wing. I could reach in to buck but needed a riveter. My wife volunteered again, so after a couple hours, we completed riveting and now have a useable W407B. Recall, the original was cut too short and couldn't give me edge clearance of 5/8 inch. Well, that was a difficult job but its done. I drilled out two unsatisfactory bucking instances where the bar slipped off the shop head. All's well now.
