Brief Description:  Drill out rear spar W407B and Doubler 5

Finished edging the new W407B and doubler and etch primed. After dry, I #30 the holes to remove interfering primer. The Cherry Max 3213-4 are a real tight fit when tested. Tighter than I expected. Thats good.
I wanted to use all of the new W407B length for added safety margin but it was about 3/32 too long and hit the spacer inside the fuselage like the other side. So, I took that left spacer out, reduced it until it was .0765 on the outer side and then put it back together. Now, when I plumb this left wing to exactly match the right at zero sweep, the left side rear spar is snug inside the fuselage next to the narrowed spacer. Gotta love it.

Had to notch the new doubler to avoid conflict with fuselage skin, per plans. Old work is scrap now.
