Okay, now its time to visit with Billy and Dan at Sparkchasers for one last look at the panel before I get the final panel cut.
@#$!! sorry but the news wasn't good. I'll now carry a tape recorder with me whenever I talk with experts. Seems that I'm missing a second circuit breaker for the SL30 and the avionics stack opening needs .005 more each way for the brackets to fit. I now have to find room for more breakers after I have made the copper buss bars.
I head home with the news and the panel. On the way home, I decide to move the lower right side breakers to the upper left side of the panel. This will give breaker space on the avionics buss as well as give me a place to put the dimmer rheostats.
I drill out the panel, dimension everything and take the panel back to Jeff. We're cutting the final panel this time.
