Back at work after spending the weekend in Nashville with Chris, Vero and Alex. Mounted the dual battery box and had to remake battery hold down bracket. Drilled the cowl for the Skybolt fasteners. Jeff and I marked one hole wrong so I'll get to do some fiberglas work to repair.
Mounted the brake fluid reservoiur and the gascolator. I made a bracket to mount the BMA engine pod on the engine mount. I scratched that itch and I moved it to the upper firewall area:)
Blue Mountain sent 1/4" NPT style pressure sensors when Van's sensor block is set up for 1/8" NPT. I called BMA and wasn't too thrilled with the response that I got so I called the manufacturer of the sensors. They had 5 left in stock but had a minimum order of $500. BMA wasn't interested in making teh order so we made a new sensor mounting block from 1" square aluminum bar stock. I hope that this isn't shades of things to come from purchasing BMA.
