Brief Description: Work on landing gear and rudder pedals
I bought a torque wrench Saturday from Sears along with a treadmill. My weight reduction program for the RV is for me to loose the weight:) When I started to torque the bolts, it appears that the bolt call out on the drawings is incorrect if I use a washer behind the nut as shown. I left the washer and replaced the 12's with 13's. This cave me more than the minimum 1 1/2 threads through the locking nut. With the 12's, the shoulder of the bolt was still inside the spar, another reason to replace the bolts. What a chore getting to the lower bolts.I moved on to riveting the rudder pedals and mounting them.
