Should have asked for help here. After riveting half of the forward rib to the skin I noticed that the flange was not perpendicular to the rib. As a result the rivet did not seat properly. After drilling out the rivet twice, I had a hole that looked too large for even an oops rivet. Also the skin looked like it was hit with a rivet gun too much. I put in a blind rivet and it worked fine but looks funky. This area will require some filler. Some times you just need more hands and eyes.
