-Glued gap seal templates to rudder -Hot glued foam to rudder and sanded to contour w/20 grit floor sanding paper -Glassed rudder with one layer of KR cloth on each side overlapping at the leading edge and one layer of deck cloth over everything -Removed 1/2" of foam from trailing edge and replace with flox -Cut out area around hinges to allow installation - Sanded gap seals on stern post -Added foam on fuselage sides and sanded to improve transition from fuse to rudder
